Screws are too short

Simple and nice looking but white color comes off (at least on the screws)

See above. When I was screwing the plate to the wall, the white on the white-colored screws got dinged up very easily. I wasn't able to rotate a single screw fully without the screws losing the white color on the head. It just doesn't look as nice as it could as a result. That said the plate works fine and is nice and simple, which I wanted.
