i hate plastic screws

terrible. The plastic screws were very, very difficult to put in and then, when it was clear that the plate was inappropriate, it was very difficult to remove the plastic screws. In fact, one screw hasn't been removed and I'm trying to figure out how to remove it. Soft plastic screws don't screw in well and don't come out well. Nix them!

Love it! It looks so good on my wall which is small stone squares. So much better looking than the plastic....no comparison actually:)
