Ordering: process was easy & reasonable price.

Installation: No issues lining up screw holes over standard outlet.
Greek key design adds nice detail to a rather boring household necessity.

4 stars only because the frosted chrome can be blemished during installation. Screwdriver slipped and looks like a line was left on the finish. Not easily seen and typically needs light to hit it just right, but I know it's there (see 2nd picture by top left screw). :-) .
